How will she react to ‘slavery’ being pushed at her subconscious? Is the term offensive to her?
The ‘test phrase’ you’re trying to implement is, to be blunt, kinda degrading and dirty talk… Is that the kind of language she normally uses? How does she feel about humiliation and is something like that going to set off any triggers?
I can tell you I’ve been working with this stuff for six months now, and it took me a good month of critical examination before my first custom was where I wanted it… Speed and impulsiveness are not your friend, either with subliminals or a BDSM relationship… Strike that… ANY relationship…

She’s new to submission, never done it before, always been the one in control in relationships. She’s very strong, mentally and emotionally. However, after being pretty dominant in all aspects of life and calling her “good girl” when she did something I liked, she started showing more and more submission so that I’d continue to praise her. She loves when I call her a good girl now, and I casually brought up a collar a little over a month ago and she seemed elated at the idea. We had a collar custom made for her and she loves wearing it, but only when she feels like it. We’ve been in a rough patch over the past week so she’s shied away from it a little bit, and that’s why I’d like to re-enforce the feelings she’s already had with the subliminal messaging, as well as continuing to motivate her outside of this arena.
She does not know about the subliminal messaging. I don’t think she’s be offended, she’d probably be all for it knowing that she needs help being submissive at points because of her background of always being in control, but I feel like it will be more effective if she doesn’t know about it.
We’ve printed out a page-long paper we read regarding a Master/slave relationship that really resonated with us and laminated it, and she reads it from time to time. We don’t call each other master or slave, just “girl” and “Sir”, but I do believe she’d be responsive to Master/slave for that reason.
We’re both somewhat young (25 & 26) and although it is somewhat beyond her natural dirty talk vocabulary, I definitely don’t think the phrase I’m testing for would not be degrading to her. She has said things of similar nature during sex and foreplay before, and enjoys when I say similar things to her.
I’m actually pivoting and taking this a different direction, to start. I’ve having a lot of progress outside of the subliminal messaging and I’d just like to use it to reinforce the behaviors she’s already learning, for now.
