Ok… Am getting to the point where I want to start actually playing with file creation (both for subliminals and hypnosis) but, frankly, there’s a lot of choices out there…
So, here are my questions…
1.) What’s the besteasiest application to work with? (So far I’ve found several different applications)
2.) Since the voices don’t seem to be sharable across application, what are the best voices? (We’re going through several right now)
Well, Trainer’s instructions are really good. Textaloud, Audacity, and Amy’s voice from the cepstral website are good. Cepstral also has other female voices.
The “on-the-cheap” route would be DSpeech.
A bit thin on features but gets the job done.
Not all the scripting possibilities as some of the others but clean and straight-forward, no frills.
I use TextAloud and the sample free evaluation NeoSpeech voices.
IMHO, The high resolution Neo Speech Voices are very good / the best I have heard.
The free evaluation voices add a evaluation disclaimer (not for commercial use) once at the beginning of every file but this is easily removed in Audacity – select and press delete.
