Several people have asked what I am doing different to everyone else. So I thought I would layout some of the basics I do and answer any questions here.
Some of the information is already out in other posts such as:
I record my primary voice (the I voice) at an amplitude of -25 to -28
If I record a sledge I record only one first person (“I”) track, I record two second person (“you”) tracks and 3 or more third person (“she, wife’s name, wife’s nick name).
The second and third peson tracks are at an amplitude -7 from the primary track amplitude.
I try to do things in threes within my scripts. They may or may not be one after the other but generally they are in threes.
My scripts tend to use cruder languange for acts and the language gets cruder the further along into the script you go
My scripts use kind adjectives (happy, joyful, etc.) to descripe how the act makes her feel
I do not use negatives in a script
I try not to use future tense (when, etc.) though this rule can be hard to follow
I start off my scripts with statements she is more likely to act as true or real then progress into the things I want to change
Some things that I have not shared but others have mentioned are:
I have a 3 second pause after a statement I want her to understand
I do not have more than five 3 second pauses in anyone script
When we fought I took responsability for her actions
One thing I have not stated before is that I use a slightly different Nyquist script than the one Trainer uses. Below is the script

The main differences are that my low frequence cutoff is lower (150) and my hzosc is higher (15000) (the script looks different to Trainer’s but it is not it just allowed me to fiddle with the hzosc more easily). I found the 14500 hzosc gave me some headaches and made my wife a little irratable and upon further research discovered 15000 was the original point for the Lowry method. You do “hear” the silent more because of the lower low frequency but the higher hzosc allows it to blend intothe background easier (or atleast that is what my research indicated).
Some other things I do include:
I run between 3 and 4 scripts at night while we sleep
Each script is between 2 to 3 minutes long this allows me flexability while keeping repetition
My script playlist is not a 1:1:1 list rather I have different playlists that focus on greater repetion of one script over the others (usually a 5:2:1 ratio) then rotate the lists nightly or if I see backsliding in one area I play the playlist that has the script that addresses that backsliding the most.
I run one script for the hour or so before we go to bed.
I try to make sure that I am between my wife and the subliminal, that way when she is facing me the subliminal is strongest.
I massage my scripts weekly. By this I mean I note what phrase and statements are coming through strongest in her actions and demenor and then work a couple of the other statement to reflect those that are working
I use a lot of pet names my wife has for me and I use her name a lot in the third person recordings rather than “he” and “she”
The biggest thing I would recommend you not do is flip between ideas to quickly, and stay the course even when you do see change as I did both of these things in the begining and ended up back where I started.
These are the main things I have noted, though I am still going through my notes and if I see something that I think maybe a factor either positive or negative then I will post it here.
Very interesting…. I was wondering if you would mind telling me your wife’s age ,since I’m wondering if it would affect how different wives react, especially in the sex area.
Qwerty, that’s some very technical info. Nice as I see you did your research especially with the Nyquist prompt. I just have a few questions:
Was your wife always into sex when you first were married meaning did you have a lot of sex? Does she work fulltime? Do you have kids? I’m just trying to understand the context of your situation more. I find that having kids in general is a drag on a woman’s libido. My wife was more into sex before our child. Also, I’m sure others with kids know it’s always an issue of when to have sex if kids are around and finding the time to.
Also, do you just use your breast, BJ, and sex customs, or do you use also purely submissive, obedient scripts, His happiness, or any other of trainer’s subliminals?

My wife was not much into sex prior to us being married (approx. 1 per week) After marriage it went down and further decreased after our child was born. In fact after our child was was born sex was very sporatic (less than 1 every couple of months if lucky). My wife works part time between 20 and 30 hours.
My file rotation is mainly arousal, breast, and HH or SW. I also rotate in as a forth script which is either oral, tie me up or dreams to reality.
One addition note is that when we have sex I try to play either oral or arousal to reinforce the scripts.
Interesting so you do add in HH or SW in that rotation. I think that extra subliminal about wanting to please you or being submissive helps. I was trying to tell FB in his journal it might be of some help to include STW or HH in addition to his sex custom to help out. Do you just play when you sleep or do you also play it throughout the day?
I do the same thing when we have sex, I play my sex custom. I feel like I get less resistance to some things and she’s into it more.
I think I’m going to add the Submissive sledge back in with my custom. I always had good results with it, but dropped it from time to time. I have to remember what has worked in the past and go for that to deepen her submissiveness in general. Great thread…
I read through your post again. So your customs are only 3 minutes long? So that means you don’t copy and paste them in textaloud over and over? When you say 5:2:1 ratio, you’ll play one 3 minute custom 5 times in a row, then another 3 minute custom 2 times in a row, then a last one? I’m trying to understand your method better so I can perhaps apply it in my situation.
That is correct the files are just a once through of the script. As for the ratio the 5 are not played in a row nor is the 2. One collection is 1, 2, 1, 1, 3, 1, 2, 1, 1. Where 1 is one file, 2 another and 3 another.
I’ve gotta applaud Qwerty for his diligence, his journaling, and his adherence to scientific thinking. It may not always be fun, but being this careful and precise will advance all of our thinking on subliminals, and let future user have that much better experiences.
Plus, Qwerty knows his shit. The bottom line is, I finally feel like i’m on track to have successes, and finally get this program on my side in creating long-term, lasting, meaningful changes.
