I have read about subliminal files for years and one thing I often come across is a statement something like this paraphrased statement:

“subliminal files can not make someone do something they really don’t want to do or that is against their character or nature” blah blah words to that effect. Can subliminals be used to actually cause physical changes in a person such as bigger breasts, bigger penis, grow hair etc etc

I think mental changes are possible but physical changes and highly unlikely.
The one physical thing that might work is larger breasts through other means, daily flax seed massage, etc.
You might be able to convince her to do the massage but the breasts are not going to get bigger on their own.
With that proviso the line you are talking about will likely be different for each person.
From my experience the subliminals can do amazing things in terms of changing perceptions, albeit slowly.
Also you will need to provide lots of positive reinforcement “in the real world” to see the best effect.
In my case – in less than a year have gone from sex very rarely to at least twice a week.

I agree with a lot of what seekenq said. Subliminals can do a lot of crazy awesome things when used properly, and the lines in what it can and cannot do are fuzzy.
