Not familiar with the product, but perhaps the setup for it has a “repair” option? Otherwise, try calling the company to see if they have any known issues and patches/updates.

Your talking about Windows 10 right? This mp3 player only works upto windows xp, 7 and 8….

I’m guessing this is Dream Girls mp3 player right and trying to run it on windows 10?

See each time Microsoft comes out with a new version of windows they change some of the software programming allowing other software not function correctly.

I plan to come up with a new player sometime next year 🙂

There is actually a product called “NP3”, or more formally Neuro Programmer 3.

Oh really okay 🙂 Yeah I thought it was miss spelled maybe…. Yeah been getting a lot of emails telling me that my mp3 software isn’t working on windows 10, been crazy.

I’m thinking of building website MP3 Player where users login and have an account to his own personal mp3 player website. What do you think ?

Ok, assuming he meant mp3, I tried my Tjplayer on my HP laptop with win 10 on it and it plays the rain subliminal just fine. The hide/show work, and any other functions. Don’t see a need for updates on this machine. (Touchsmart 15) Just thought you would like to know.
