I have not tried NP 3 but I did get their larger package – Mind Workstation.
The software works well and is pretty intuitive/easy to use.
The entrainment files it generates work well but are not for silents.
You can generate rain type files and binaural beats files.
Overall I like the package and NP3 has alot of the same features.
