You probably saw my Office Romance script. It contains a number of elements I’d like to give to my wife, but aren’t in any of my existing customs. Well, right now my Speech program and Audacity are on different PC’s, and I haven’t had a chance to run any new scripts yet. However, I decided to take advantage of the fact that Audacity is actually a full wave editor, and tweak the Office script. I keep the original, pre-subliminal audio files of the stuff I make, so I was able to open it and do a bit of cut/paste, then re-sublimate it (new phrase?). The resulting file has a net script as follows:

     I am attracted to {Fizbin}.

     {Fizbin} is attractive.

I feel good when I am close to {Fizbin}.

     {Fizbin} is masterful.

     I like flirting with {Fizbin}.

Thinking about {Fizbin} turns me on.

I get wet thinking about {Fizbin}.

I want to wear girlie clothes with {Fizbin}.

I want to get closer to {Fizbin}.

I daydream about {Fizbin} when I play with myself.

My nipples get hard when I think of {Fizbin}.

It feels so good to fantasize about {Fizbin}.

     I want {Fizbin} inside me.

     {Fizbin}’s voice is so sexy.

I want to feel {Fizbin} kissing my breasts.

     I love to obey {Fizbin}.

Submitting to {Fizbin}’s desires is wonderful.

     {Fizbin} is my master.

I love showing off my body for {Fizbin}.

The more I think about {Fizbin}, the more I want him.

The more I want {Fizbin}, the more I think about him.

Thinking about {Fizbin} gets me turned on.

I love to feel {Fizbin}’s hands all over me.

I love to run my hands over {Fizbin}’s body.

I plan to slip this into my rotation starting tonight.

I like the script, and think it’ll work. I’m curious how many subliminals do you play in your rotation?

Like the script, especially the infinite loop of the more I think the more I want – the more I want the more I think. The only part of the script I am not sure about is the line about her dressing girly. The way it is worded it could be interpreted that she will only dress girly when you do. If that is what you intended then make no change otherwise I would suggest you change the word with to the word for or something similar. I will be interested in hearing how this script works out for you.

I’ll have to double check whether I only deleted “when I work” or the whole end of the line. I NEVER dress girlie, so that is a concern ;) .

As far as the rest of the rotation, I need to verify the exact list, but I’m mostly doing a bridge mix of single-topic customs, most of which she’s heard a lot of: Born to be a Housewife; Missing me when I’m gone; specific personal grooming; and several flavors of deferral/submission to me.

Ok, I fixed it by removing the “with {Fizbin}”, and then re-adding the line fragment: “Sexy is my new dress code”. (The original file was “Business Sexy…”)

So you have about 4 to 5 in your playlist? Have you had a good amount of success with your playlist? Excuse the questions. It’s just that you don’t have a journal so I’m curious how goes your progress.

Let me clarify – I don’t normally run all of the files as a block, (though that is what I actually plan to try with this addition). Rather, because I don’t have full-time access due to my travel schedule, I typically play the “homecoming” file on the night I return, and select one other to play the rest of my time home.  Frequently, the choice has been a very long file based on a consolidation of Trainer’s Ownership trilogy, the housewife file, or general submissiveness. There are common elements across almost all of the files.

The new actual playlist will be biased toward more noticeable actions, rather than the attitude focus of most of my other files, though that will still be present. In addition, all of the files are short enough that I can get a lot of reps in, even as a playlist.

Interesting. I like the long file format. As you know, I go back and forth between that and shorter files. To me it’s difficult to decide which one is more effective. Theoretically, the small files in a playlist should be better, but in practice I like my success with the one long file.

It depends a little on the composition of the individual files. For example, I don’t have the per-file repetition, so whether they’re run as a playlist, or integrated into the same large file, the affirmations are presented identically.

On the other hand, Trainer’s files have several reps within each file, so no matter what, each subset of affirmations is repeated at least 3 times before the next subset is presented.

I see. I’ve tried both ways. Currently with only 20 affirmations, I was able to repeat my script 7 times and the total subliminal length was still only about 12 minutes. When I have my long custom, it is as you said, one way straight through without copying and pasting multiple times, since the whole length on its own is about 12 minutes.

Your way appears similar to Qwerty’s in how he just has several short subliminals that play the script one time through, and he varies the order and amout of times played on his playlist depending on what needs emphasis.

I think of interest in your script is how you put 2 seconds between each affirmation. I currently have one second between each. I thought about it though, how sometimes I put commas where they shouldn’t be. My thinking is maybe to the subconscious, the affirmations might sound just jumbled together. The 2 seconds puts a bit more distance for each one to be heard distinctly. I’m thinking of trying that, even though it’ll make my subliminals longer timewise.

Most of my customs, I don’t pause between each affirmation, though I do use a period at the end of each line. I tend to group my affirmations into clusters of around 5 related lines, and put a 1-2 second pause between clusters.

This one was a little different in that each affirmation has the potential for effect on its own, hence the pauses. I did still try to have some logical flow and cluster related elements to some extent.

I’ve found that just a period between affirmations might not be enough to clearly separate the ideas. For example from your script without the 2 second pause:

    I want {Fizbin} inside me.
    {Fizbin}’s voice is so sexy.

The subconscious might hear, “Inside me, Fizbin’s voice is so sexy.”

Of course you might think that wouldn’t happen but you never know. That 2 second cushion might be enough to separate the ideas.

It probably depends upon how your software (or even the particular voice) treats the period, the new line, and possibly even the combination of the two. In my case, I get a noticeable pause between my lines, even without the explicit delay. Also, the inflections are appropriate to the punctuation.

That said, I don’t think I would juxtapose those two particular lines within a concept block anyway. :)

I think you guys sometimes downplay the capabilities of the subconscious. I know my own subconscious has picked up on the most insignificant details and formulated a correct analysis that I became aware of only through ‘gut’ feelings that upon conscious investigation led to the truth rather quickly. I don’t think it is so easily confused as some make it out to be, but then again, making a message as clear as possible never hurts either.

It’s true that the subconscious is powerful. However, this is what most of my research says to what works when dealing with subliminals.

I use my own self-help subliminals that I got from a different website. They have only 10 affirmations per each subliminal repeated many times in 12 minutes using just one voice. I have already seen a lot of positive changes in my life due to them so I know they work.
