It will be time well spent and will give you lot’s of ideas / questions to ask.

Folks here will help walk you through it but I suggest starting your own thread and ask for help there.
Give the group some background on you and your partner and then explain your short and long term goals for your relationship.
Short term goals are a specific behavior you want to see / improve.
This is the script that I change once a month of so.

Long term scripts should stay pretty stable / evolve slowly.
Long term goal may change over time but setting your long term goal will help set an overall approach.
