First off hi I’m new here and appreciate any and all help. I have used subliminals in the past on my girlfriend with results that were lack luster. They were mostly generic ones trying to get her hornier and giving me more oral but it didn’t really stick in her head. Now I want to try And make my own files to play and get in her head. Your goals should be achievable, though at least one (the “all the time”) might fall into the “be careful what you wish for” category.

One of the key learnings we have over the years is the need to be slow and progressive. So, you might not get the best results going straight to a desired behavior without first working to achieve a baseline of submissiveness to, and desire to please, you as the man in her life. Keep that in mind as you compose your custom scripts.

Definitely post back. I’m sure you’ll get plenty of other feedback. (We’ve been a bit slow lately…)

What would you recommend doing first. Maybe edit a file from here to include my name type thing to get her to be more submissive?

It’s not that I want her horny all the time it’s that I want her to be hornier. Within the last 3 months we’ve only had sex twice. I used the script for conversion for every script I write. My theory is it get the brain open, then the message of the script becomes secondary. Almost an after thought.

The biggest trick I can give you is write it both in first person, and third person. Then sprinkle in affirmation.

“I enjoy sucking cock.
I jenny enjoy sucking cock.”
It feels good.

This does Three things.
1. It creates the idea that the thought is coming from inside them.
2. It identifies the self using a name, as the one who enjoys the action.
3. It connects the desire to the positive.

My experience teaches me most women only don’t like sex because they associate it with negative feelings. But associating the desire with good feelings, you begin to undue societal conditioning…

Though… Fiz is correct… Be careful with how you word it.

The main thing I would ask is, does she usually refer to herself in the third person? Having a few counterpoints using her name is fine, but generally scripts are recorded in the first person (as in, “I like pushup bras.”) Second and third person affirmations are also usually recorded in a different voice than first person/self affirmations.

The “Yes” probably doesn’t need to be there, either. Unless you have a challenge-response sequence, it doesn’t make sense from a “self talk” standpoint.

Mind you though. Vocabulary is a tricky thing here. I’m not sure the subconscious will processes “push up bra”… I mean it might. But the goal maybe instead to get her to believe she would like bigger breast. Though, you have to be tricky too, I imagine you could implant a inferiority complex that way.

She always is saying her boobs are too small to wear some sexy things. She doesn’t like strapless dresses because she can never find one that fits her. Make sure you read through the “eBooks” that are part of your Prime subscription. They explain the elements you need in order to produce your files. Also, read through the forums, there are many scripts posted by other members. The scripts for all of the pre-made files by Trainer81 (the founder of the site), are also included either in the download section directly, or in the ZIP file containing the recording itself.

From my point of view you start with the basics and build on that. Her being submissive and wanting to please. This helps cement you as the leader in the relationship. It is important that what you do and say is also inline with the message to support the message and work with it. So if the message says you are the decision maker, then when she comes to you on what to do you guide her and make the decision. This is just as an example of course. I hope this makes sense.

So establish your authority and her wanting to please you. Then you have the wearing of clothes you like, followed by increased sex and then blow jobs. Kind of a progression.

Just be aware it takes time and you want to take small steps.

Though I am relatively inexperienced the community here have helped my relationship go from ‘i want to separate’ to sleeping in the same bed together. It’s taken about a year to get there, but it does work.

Essentially, yes. Once she has the mindset of submission and service to you, you may not even need to use the other, as she’ll already be following your lead in general. If these are directions you want to go, she’ll happily follow. But you can still shift the balance with other affirmations.

You can attack this multiple ways. The obedience on its own maybe enough for her to obey and please you by wearing push up bras, and more sex. You could try just the obedience to start. It’s a very strong message to get you dominant and in control in the relationship.

Or (what I was thinking) a single script file starts with obedience, then add to it the push up bras and I love sex lines. It maybe too long to add the BJ affirmations though.

Keep in mind your new personalised ‘super’ script should not go over 25 or 30 lines in total or it gets too long and loses its effectiveness. That would mean editing the first obedience one down so you can fit everything in.

Remember this is a living process, it’s not just set one script and forget. You start with one script have it play and do its thing, then adjust with another script and so on.

So you build on what you have previously done.

You might want to personalize it with your name in at least a few spots. I’m not a big fan of cramming all forms into the “my boyfriend, master {name}” construct for nearly every affirmation, but using each of them alternatively as they “feel” right in the statement might be a good idea.

Also, “I will” is one of those “loaded” phrases that can imply “someday, but not now”. You have enough other forms of those first three statements, you could probably just drop them.

Also remember that when you’re playing things in a loop, there is no “first” statement. They can (and should) flow into one another, but assume she might pick up the loop at any point.
