Last night was my first night using the programs. I left 3 programs running all night: 1) Amy Converter, 2) In Charge, 3) FDC-Husband. My wife had a rough night sleeping. Usually, she can sleep very well, but last night every couple minutes she would toss around in bed. This morning she woke up with a headache. Is this a side affect of running the scripts all night? Even though I am running the silent programs do I need to be aware of the volume level. Don’t know for sure if the programs had anything to do with it but seemed strange for the coincidence. Can anyone relate to this?

First let me welcome you to our fine little group. It is great to hear from new people. As for your questions. Volume is important even when using the silent subliminals. You want them to be a a comfortable level. Try playing a regulate mp3 to figure out a comfortable level of sound then play your silent files at that level. Headaches are not uncommon especially in the first couple of days and if you have the volume up too high. I would say that 95+% of the time they do seem to subside and from personnel experience I can day it took about 5 days before for my wife stopped complaining about headaches.
Again welcome to our little group and I look forward to hearing about your journey.
12/01/2013 at 2:56 pmHey Brad. Ditto on the welcome.
In my experience, yes, it is totally normal. The first two/three days of running scripts we both had headaches in my home, and to this day, a change in script usually means one sleepless, or less restful night. I think the brain does take a minute to acclimate, even under ideal volume, etc… conditions.
