    Most of my journal is actually in the General Forum, so I started a new one here. First, regarding the MILF I have decided NOT to try to implement anything. With the recent turn of events where my wife is really absorbing and acting on the subliminals, (non of which mention her mother) she is now at the point, on her own, of wanting nothing to do with her, and is standing up to her on her own.

    Seek, I tried those settings and played it and all I can say is wow! I was expecting something, but nothing to that kind of extent! I have been pretty busy so I am just now making the changes and plan on starting those tonight.

    As a general update, we have both been incredibly busy that we haven’t seen each other for about two weeks. I am hoping this weekend will be a lot different! We will see!

    Just as an update I have played around a bit with the scripts doing minor tweeks. The latest tweek i did, I updated the lines like these (trigger lines):
    I think about sex, when I shower.
    I think about sex, at my job.
    I think about sex, when I eat.

    to these:
    When I shower, i think about sex.
    When I am at my job, I think about sex.
    When I eat I think about sex.

    The script itself is a 4 minute script, and just making minor changes like that seems to be working better.

    I have once again made a minor change. I want her to start reading erotica to help her think about sex more often. The entire script runs in 4 minutes and i am using echoes so she hears the messages 60 times in an hour and is usually listening to the files at night in our bedroom for about 8 to 10 hours depending on the night.     Its been a while, so I wanted to post an update – I have been making minor tweeks to my script here and there. I would change this word, move that word little things. My wife seemed to be very receptive and becoming more submissive around the house – I have to keep reminding myself I am the dominant.     Congratulations on the progress so far! The new script looks good. If that plays in 5 minutes, you must have your synth speaking pretty fast. Does it stay pretty intelligible? Which voice are you using these days?

    Actually, I am using a voice I was able to download AT&T Crystal. I had to remove the last set of

    The speed on TA is 2 and I adjust the tempo on Audacity to 1.5 so it is clear. If I dont adjust it, the time is 5:04, so for the sake of 4 seconds, I change the tempo. I may fool around a bit with the spacing to allow for less time between statements, but I am still playing a bit with it. I stopped with the echo, that wasn’t really working for me. My timing for TA is Between Sentences 1 second, Between paragraphs 2.5. Should I make it all one paragraph and change the spacing do you think?

    My advice is to slow down the voice. I use -6. You kind of want the voice to talk slowly like talking to a child. The subconscious will pick it up easier. As far as between affirmations, a decent pause is good so the sentences don’t run into each other and each is clearly heard on its own.

    If you delete a lot of your duplicate affirmations and slow it down, you could cut it down to 3 minutes one time through. You will get more repetitions.

    For example, putting “I love sex” one time in a small script of 5 affirmations, when you set that small script to repeat, she will hear the affirmation “I love sex” multiples times within a minute. That may be more effective than putting “I love sex” multiple times in different parts of a long script, or putting variations of that like “I like sex” throughout the script making it longer. My point is your best affirmation only once is better than many affirmations that try to say the same thing. Less is always better.

    I slowed down the voice to -4, and changed the TA timing to .5 and 1. This gets the same thing at a slower pace in the same time frame. Gonna try it out. I did the math and discovered if I remove the repetitions and shorten the time, the affirmations are not spoken as many times in the same time period.

    Just an update since it has been a while. I had made some more minor changes – added some of my original goals from my first attempts of script writing ( kinda funny seeing them now) and I noticed a ton of changes that all sorta occurred at once, including one day where we had sex 4 times during the day. She used wording specifically from the script, and I reinforced. I have included my current script, it runs in 5 minutes. It was suggested I cut back the affirmations, making it smaller but playing more times. One of my affirmations (the main one) is in there 4 times. What this does is this – assume I cut the script down to 3 minutes, that means each affirmation gets repeated 20 times in an hour, or 5 times in 15 minutes. Leaving it at 5 minutes, the main affirmations are repeated 48 times per hour or 12 times in 15 minutes. The other affirmations are repeated 12 times per hour or 3 times per 15 minutes. This pushes my main affirmations with the others sorta gelling.

    I was reading some of the other forums, and I cant remember who or where, but a female member suggested that we don’t play the same thing all the time – kinda mix it up. So I began thinking, what if we took the same script and merely changed the order of the wording every month or so – what kind of a difference might that make? I am going to try playing with that, however a lot of my minor changes essentially do that – and I am wondering if that accounts, in part, for what happened recently. Thoughts?

    First, congratulations on the continued success!

    The key with shorter scripts is both repetition of the primary ideas, and keeping the signal to noise ratio high. In other words, trying not to overwhelm the subconscious with so many ideas that none of them really get a chance to stick. Sure, some might, but you don’t get to pick and choose which gets the emphasis.

    I am curious, though… Other than the 4x sex day, what kinds of things “happened all at once”?

    The Submissiveness just seemed to take over.     That exact script sounds a bit counterproductive, but I think there could be a way to bring her around.

    The key is to let her be a woman who chooses to embrace her inner good (little) girl. I will need to think about a decent affirmation series to encourage that.

    I definitely agree that this is MUCH better than the first draft. I’m not sure you need the “I am a woman” line, as she already asserts that pretty strongly. 😉 On the other hand, In sales there is the idea of starting a series by first getting “agreement” on some “facts” that are self-evident, and then building a logic chain from that into agreeing with the desired state.

    I would maybe add a few lines like…

    Each section can be played individually ( I have them as separate files) or as a big 5 minute chunk. This runs short of a five minute mark, but i set Audacity to make it fit in the 5 minute which A) slows it down B) helps me figure out how many times she is listening to the script and C) helps my synchronize all of my various devices. I tried to have each section flow from the previous to keep it connected, yet still stay separate for the individual files.

    I had made some minor changes to my files and noticed almost immediate positive results. I combined lines, removed references to slave (that wasn’t really taking hold, though the submissive was) and reordered it a bit.

    She is accepting the girl word now especially since I keep using that phrase. I told her one day that it is OK for her to let her hair down and be a girl and shed the responsibility of being a woman. I now call her my girl and emphasize I am her man.

    Another pleasant development: after I sent her the first erotic story, she asked me to send a second, then a third and then a fourth. The erotic stories focus on the two of us, and she was getting turned on reading about some of my fantasies. She was never really interested in reading erotica, then 50 Shades came out, she didn’t really realize it was erotica till it was too late, but for her it was a one time read. Now she wants me to keep writing stories for her to read, and she is enjoying reading them! I have also put some of the subliminal wording into the erotica so her mind continued to absorb it. Cant wait for her to come home so the subliminals can keep playing reinforcing all of this and of course, I will be reinforcing things as well.

    It looks like you are having success. I do think your subliminal is a bit long though. If you cut it down to 20 affirmations or less and focus on one topic, you might see even better results.

    Noted some wonderful changes. Two nights ago, she was incredibly horny. We had sex, and afterwards, I told her I am happy she is embracing her sexual girl.     It occurs to me that this might be a good time to point out that any file you use does not “erase”, but rather builds on, what has gone before. So, you might see sudden changes based on something from many files ago, or just from some non-subliminal experience, when the subconscious makes a new association and brings it to the surface in an unexpected way.

    I was considering that as well which is why when I make changes to the files, they are little here or there and tend to be along the same school of thought. I have all of my scripts I have ever written in folders so I can always refer back to what I did originally and compare it to what I see today.

    I cant believe it has been almost a year since I posted anything! My patience has finally paid off – this week it was like someone flipped a switch. Previous to this she was starting to become more daring with her clothes, actually wearing tank tops which is something she wouldn’t do before.
